Reimbursable expenses are those expenses incurred on behalf of the client where they have agreed to reimburse you. These will be added onto your net salary. Expense claims that are chargeable to your agency or client are usually completed following their own processes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your timesheets and expense claims are approved and submitted according to the processes outlined in your contract.
These expenses, if accessed through our system, gain no tax relief, and taxes will be applied.
